its funny how so many black men openly hated macklemore and no one once said “why are black men so bitter and jealous of macklemore?” but let black women discuss how racist, untalented, and ignorant iggy azalea is and suddenly we’re all bitter black bitches jealous of the poor innocent white girl lmao

There are actual Black people that live their entire lives and don’t say the n-word. Why do non-Black people feel like they, of all people, “need” to lmao? Just to hurt Black people, it is so obvious. They’d rather argue about why they should be able to for 10 years than take 10 seconds to have a heart and realize that it’s not theirs and it hurts when they use it. You are honestly worthless to me if you’re not Black and you use it like.. that’s that, get through it.

*plays Brotha by Angie Stone in the background and dims the lights* I continue to thank God for the men with skin rich in melanin. He took his time on you. You beautiful black men…with your beards and tattoos…your intelligence…your wit…strong-willingness to bend the rules. The protectors. The workers. Our Princes. Our Kings. Us beautiful black women, thank you for treating us as Princesses and Queens. We love you.

I want them all 😍

Bless them…bless them all.

A lot of this also applies to voiceover.  I get a lot of people who ask me “How do you get in to voiceover, how do you promote yourself, etc” and Egoraptor tells it like it is.

Everything about this post is beautiful because often in a lot of cases unfortunately artists are given a bad rap for self-promotion and being ambitious in regards to moving their career forward and there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to move forward and taking measures to do so professionally.

How will people know you, if they don’t know you?
